How to add collaborators?

  • Open the SurveyHeart web app and log in to your account.
  • Locate the form you want to share with collaborators. You can find your forms on the dashboard.
  • Click on the three vertical dots next to the form you want to edit.
  • Select "Collaboration" from the dropdown menu.
  • Click on the "Add Collaborator" button.
  • Enter the collaborator's email address in the pop-up window.
  • Choose their access level from the dropdown menu:
    • Admin: Can edit the form/quiz, view responses, and manage other collaborators.
    • Editor: Can edit the form/quiz and view responses.
    • Viewer: Can only read the form/quiz and view responses.
  • Click "Add" to save the collaborator.
